1. How Long Will it Take Alphabugs to Process my Order?
Alphabugs will begin working on your order as soon as full payment has reflected in our bank account. Orders are sent out within 3-7 working days of receipt of payment. This is dependent upon not only the quantity but the type of product that is ordered. Customised orders may take slightly longer but they are definitely worth the wait. Don’t forget that we are inundated with orders between Oct and Feb every year as teachers and parents prepare for back to school. January is an incredibly busy time for us and we get orders out as fast as we possibly can but you may experience a slight delay at this time of year.

All deliveries are done via courier and can take 1-4 working days for delivery.

Should you opt for SAPO delivery we will no longer be responsible for the delivery of your order once we have sent you your tracking number. (JHB has an ongoing backlog of orders at their sorting facility and should your order be delivered via that hub you may experience long delays.
You may also collect your order from our offices in Manor Gardens, Durban once it is complete.

Please email us directly regarding delivery outside of South Africa and we will provide you with a separate quote.
Please ensure that there is somebody at the address you provide from 0800 to 1700, Monday to Friday. The courier company will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered timeously and will contact you directly before returning any orders to us.
